The book starts out with basic muscle physiology which is always good to know. Then it moves on to five chapters of exercises.
They are divided up into muscles that move the shoulder, muscles that I have to say that this book is excellent. I am a very picky person when it comes to downloading stuff.
So it took me 3 days to decide which muscle book was the best to download since i wasnt planning on downloading Men's Health The Book of Muscle: Lou Schuler , Ian King. While most don't really care about weight lifting, they just might after looking at this. I really like the workout programs.
They are broken up into 3 6 month programs Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. They give you a fresh approach to lifting when most are used to "3 sets of 8"..
I am starting the Intermediate program as I don't consider myself a beginner. This workout consists of 3 different sets of exercizes A,B,C. You do each one once a week M,W,F and they consist of a lot of supersets, trisets and circuit training.
A real ass kicker! I reccommend this book to all who enjoy the gym. Doing these programs will give you a fresh approach to getting in shape.
